• DNS, email, hosting, server, and infrastructure services
• technical support, consulting, administrative and recovery services

Any deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms of the Customer shall apply only if expressly agreed in writing by the Provider.

For the purposes of these GTC:

• Registrant / Customer: the legal or natural person in whose name a domain is registered.
• Provider (expanic s.r.o.): acts as technical and administrative intermediary, unless explicitly acting as registrar.

The Provider reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.

  1. Services Provided via Third Parties

Many services—especially domain-related services—are provided through third-party registries, registrars, and infrastructure providers.

The Customer explicitly acknowledges that:

  1. Customer Responsibilities (Domains)

The Customer is solely responsible for:

If a domain-related invoice is not paid by the due date, the Provider:
• is under no obligation to renew the domain,

10.2 Registry Lifecycle

After expiry and any applicable grace or redemption periods defined by the registry:
• the domain may be deleted,
• returned to the registry, and
• released for public registration.

10.3 ICANN / EU-Registrar Alignment

The Customer explicitly acknowledges that once a domain is deleted or released:
• it may be registered by any third party worldwide,
• without priority, reservation, or recourse.

  1. No Liability for Domain Loss

The Customer expressly agrees that the Provider assumes no liability for:
• loss of domains due to non-payment,
• deletion, suspension, or release by the registry,
• re-registration by third parties,
• loss of business, reputation, goodwill, or SEO ranking.

This applies even if the domain was previously used for business or branding purposes.

  1. Suspension of Services

The Provider may immediately suspend services if:
• payments are overdue,
• legal or contractual obligations are violated,
• misuse or abuse is suspected.

Suspension does not release the Customer from payment obligations.

  1. Customer Obligations (General)

The Customer shall:
• comply with all applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and the EU,
• refrain from illegal content, spam, malware, or rights violations,
• adequately secure systems, credentials, and access data.
